Nixyn is the sweetest little baby ever! She rarely cries and when she does it takes a second to calm her down. She smiles all the time (she has bad gas :) She got jaundice last week so we had to go for a couple of pokes, I hate that! it's so sad. When we left the hospital she had no signs of it, her bellie ribbon was a 3.8 but the two times we tested her it was 14.8 but once she turned 5 days she wasn't high risk any more so they said she would be fine and that it would pass by her two week appointment. It's going away really fast so I'm hoping it will be gone before then.

And this was last night! she looks so much better.
She loves taking naps with daddy, which I love bc it lets me get things done. When Av was a new born she pretty much would only be happy with me.
Nixyn and her Great Grandma Prince.
It's kind of a tradition in my family for grandma to give them their first bath. I remember growing up my grandma Prince would come to our house to give Hallie and Oscar their baths and my mom has done the same with Avree and Nixyn. My mom has helped out alot and it's been so nice! She gave her her first bath for the first week :)

Of course, my mom didn't want to give Packer her first bath, but that is understandable.
I was thinking the same thing! I loved having my mom be the first one to bathe my babies!! What a neat tradition, I wonder where it started? Nixyn is beautiful!!
Grandma had so much fun, i would do it every day if i could, she's the best baby and Av is the sweetest big sister around... miss then already..
How sweet! Like Paula and my mom said, that's a tradition in our family with Grandma Baker. Nixyn is really cute, and I'm glad she's recovered from her jaundice! Love ya!
Oh i love the pictures. They are all so cute. And she is adorable. I can't believe little Avree got in the bath before she had her clothes off. That is to funny. :) And we are glad to hear that the jaundice went away too. Ryken had it when he was first born too. Hope everything continues to go good with you guys. Can't wait to see little Nixyn. :)
She is so adorable!! I thought my oldest would be a monster, too but I actually love having two kids even more than one- it is so much fun!!

ahh she is so beautiful. But your right jaundice is no fun--Danica had it too and I was worried about her until she was given the all clear.
