Camping at Oak Flats

Friday we headed to Oak Flats for a one night camping trip, it was allot of fun! It got super cold Friday night but Saturday it stayed pretty warm. We went Wheeling Saturday, I was thinking it was going to be just a couple hours but ended up being an all day event.

Av and Daddy went on a walk Saturday morning, Billy sat her on this rock and I think she was a little nervous.
Playing in the dirt! She had a blast, prob bc she never gets to at home. I only found some around her mouth once!Av, not sure why, but she was holding her toe up like this, I'm thinking since her fingers were in her mouth she was giving us some sort of thumbs up with her toe!
Saw this a few times... Maybe it was a sign. The trail took longer then anticipated and we ended up having to turn around. There's not really a dead end I think the owner of the land just put this so people wouldn't go any further.

We got back to where the trail begins and Billy's dad and nick decided to take a way that he came down along time ago to work on a machine, Jess and Amanda and Billy and I decided just to go back the way we came. When we got to the top I asked Billy if we should wait for dad and he said well I'm not sure where he will come out at, so off we went back to camp. After waiting a little bit and still no dad Billy got a phone call so Him and Jess and Blaine and Jeff and Ryan went back to the trail to find this!

Thank goodness no one got hurt! They got the jeep running again and were back to camp in about 2 hours. We finished packing up and headed home! It was a good little get away. Thanks Amanda, Carsyn and Paisley for keeping me and Av company while the boys helped dad! It was fun!
