Reed William Baker

7lbs 9oz 20in.
We are so excited for our little man! He could not be anymore perfect, neither could my delivery. Tuesday night we went for a short walk (thanks Lisa) at about 7:30, came home put Reed's crib together, gave the girls a bath and put them to bed and we went to bed. At 12:50 I rolled over in bed and my water broke! I was so nervous I woke up Billy told him and then said I was going to shave my legs really fast ha. I called my mom for her to come to our house so we didn't have to wake the girls. I shaved and packed a bag and my contractions started to come at full force, we got to the hospital around 2am I was only 3-4cm, 4 hours later they checked me again and I was only at 5! I was so bummed, I had already had my epidural at this point which took 30min to put in and hurt worse than the actual contractions. Reed's heart rate started dropping with every contraction I had so they put me on oxygen and moved me from side to side for while, a little after 8am the nurse came in and moved me again and said she would check me in a little bit, as soon as she left the room I felt lots of pressure, the next time she came in I told her, she checked me and I was ready to go! yay! Billys parents were already there, I told Billy to tell my mom I was getting ready to push, she was nervous she wouldn't make it in time but she made it in right before my doctor, I started pushing at 8:41 and he made us a family of 5 at 8:44!! Yes 3 minutes! It was beautiful! We love him so much, he is starting to look more like daddy and Nixyn everyday. I got home from the hospital yesterday and I'm feeling great! Thanks Mom B and Mom S for holding my legs while I pushed :) and taking great care of our little girls these last few days!

Congrats & i'm so glad things went so well.
So cute and was so glad i made it there in time, glad there was no cop behind me or i would of gut busted for sure! That is a memory i will keep forever, glad he is here safe and sound! now we have to protect him from his sisters!!
